The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with Peak Scientific Inc., to purchase repair services for Peak Scientific Genius 3022 gas generator. **Location:** 19 Sterling Road, Suite-1, Billerica, MA. 01862 The FBI, Laboratory Division (LD), Chemistry Unit (CU), has a requirement to repair services for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s ARL QUANT’X. Peak Scientific Inc. is the sole provider for service, OEM parts, technical support, and contractual maintenance for all Peak Scientific gas generators located within the North American territory. This includes, but is not limited to, the two Genius 3022 units located at our facility. Peak Scientific Inc. does not train, nor authorize, any other organizations within North America to service or maintain Peak Scientific gas generators. Justification available upon request.
