This Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge regarding the availability and capabilities of business concerns. The Government DOES NOT intend to award a contract based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice. The work anticipated may require contractors to comply with Security Clearance requirements by the time of a proposal for contract performance to start. Please review this notice and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) closely. WHS will not sponsor any clearances for this requirement. **Important Notice to Small Business Concerns:** While not responding to this Sources Sought Announcement does not preclude participation in any future RFP if one is issued, it is highly recommended that all interested and capable firms respond in order to be considered during this market research and acquisition planning phase. Currently no solicitation exists.
