## Description

RFI Description This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to survey potential sources that will be able to support the procurement (described in full in the attached draft Statement of Work) for the SEC Supplemental Benefits Program. Your organization is encouraged to submit the below deliverables for the aforementioned program.

**Attachment:** Please review the attached draft Statement of Work for more information.

**RFI Guidelines:** Please note that this notice is for INFORMATIONAL and PLANNING purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future procurement to meet this requirement.

Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development. A determination by the Government not to issue a solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
