## Description

With this Special Notice the Space Development Agency (SDA) is providing industry the updated NEBULA Standard v3.05. This revision includes minor clarifications and updates, please refer to the update history in pdf for details. Additionally for potential cryptographic device vendors, SDA suggests you take note of 3.2 Information Assurance NEBULA_4 where the minimal requirements for an acceptable PWSA compatible HAIPE device is defined.
