## Description

The Space Development Agency is considering a revision to its Optical Communication Terminal (OCT) standard to support low data rate links, and long-range links, specifically space-to-space (S2S) geometries of low Earth orbit (LEO) to medium Earth orbit (MEO) (L2M) and low earth orbit (LEO) to geosynchronous Earth orbit (GEO) (L2G) ranges. This RFI specifically seeks industry feedback on this modification and industry’s ability to support production of compliant OCTs. See the attachment for details.
