## Description

**Project Name:** Rapid Affordable Producible Torpedo (RAPTOR) Strategic Capabilities Office released a Project Solicitation Number SCO-PS-26-01 for RAPTOR, a prototype concept for an affordable, rapidly scalable and producible, single-use heavyweight torpedo (HWT), on 17 November 2025 and Amendment 1 on 21 November 2025. The RAPTOR Solicitation can be obtained via the CLASSIFIED Acquisition Research Center (ARC) located at the CLASSIFIED ARC website below.
