JPL is seeking information from qualified small businesses with demonstrated experience supporting spacecraft electrical power systems throughout the design, development, analysis, integration, testing, and qualification lifecycle.

Relevant capabilities include electrical power systems (EPS), solar arrays, batteries, power electronics and distribution, high-power and high-voltage systems, direct-drive architectures, energy storage, and power management and distribution. Experience with solar array performance and degradation and spacecraft power interactions with electric propulsion systems is particularly relevant.
