The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of non-ferrous scrap metal located at Naval Base San Diego (San Diego, CA.). This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete and return to the QRP office.
