## Description

55 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES)/ Civilian Engineering (CEN) has a recurring need for up-to-date building cost estimating data to effectively provide Independent Government cost Estimates (IGEs). Reliable and accurate building cost data is not freely available on-line, and physical copies of this data quickly become obsolete. CEN flight has a recurring need for building cost and database software that are routinely updated and easily searchable. RSMeans Online fulfills these needs. 55 CE requires seven (7) RSMeans Software Licenses for use of the RSMeans software to provide information on construction material, labor, and equipment pricing and costs in the US and Canada.
