## Description

**Update #1:** Timely submitted questions and responses are hereby attached. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) has a need for medical doctor subject matter expertise services to assist CRCL in investigating compliants alleging abuses of civil rights and civil liberties.
