The anticipated BPA ordering period is 5 years. The required repair and calibration services require access to proprietary OEM technical data, software, diagnostic tools, test equipment, and procedures. Based on market research conducted on [date(s)], the Government has identified no OEM-authorized distributors, partners, or third-party resellers authorized to perform the required repair and calibration services. Accordingly, the Government currently believes that Pickering Interfaces, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirement.
