## Description

The Government seeks to lease a new/replacing warehouse for San Antonio area. The Government intends to initially use the space for storage of VA equipment. Such use may involve the use of hazardous materials. The Government will agree in the Lease to use and maintain any hazardous materials in conformance with all applicable Federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
