Please see the attached documents for review and guidance preparing your technical proposals for the following sales contract: • Demilitarization/Mutilation as Condition of Sale (DCOS/MCOS) scrap residue term sale – Sierra, CA This contract will provide this property for a minimum of thirty-six (36) months base period of performance. In addition, Disposition Services may elect to offer the Purchaser up to two (2), twelve-month period of performance contract options. This sales contract will be awarded using a Two-Step process consisting of the following distinct steps: (1) Solicitation, submission, and evaluation of technical proposals to determine acceptability; and (2) Issuance of a finalized and approved Invitation for Bid (IFB) only to those firms that submitted technical proposals deemed acceptable under Step One. Technical Proposals must be submitted to and received by DLA Disposition Services by 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 21, 2024 in accordance with the attached RFTP guidance.
