## Description

THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED. THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers from Buy Indian Small Businesses will be accepted. The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) located in Pine Ridge, SD is seeking offers from a contractor to provide Bayer Product SDS-CTP-SCS Dual Syringe Kit. See attached Request for Quote for details. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Technically Acceptable (LTPA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated. Quotes are due on or before the closing date of the solicitation.
