## Description

A sole source award is intended to Dataminr, Inc. pursuant to 13.106-1(b)(1) based on Dataminr, Inc. being the original source for the proprietary software. However, any interested party may provide a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All quotes received will be fairly considered.

**Description of the Requirement:** This requirement is for the First Alert Software as Service Subscription licenses. First Alert is a digital content search translation, and analysis tool which delivers news alerts which transforms publicly available information into actionable breaking news alerts, identifying the most relevant information in real time for members of the USMS.
