## Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339114 with a small business size standard in number of employees, 750. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), located in Chinle, AZ 86503 off US HWY 191 and Hospital Drive.

CCHCF is requesting for quotes for a contractor to provide dental equipment and supplies in strict accordance with the Specifications listed in RFQ_75H71025Q00258 attahcment.
