## Description

AMENDMENT 01 TO RFQ-426263 **05/28/2024** The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Update the quote due date to:

JULY 05, 2024 - 5:00 EDT 2) Provide all prospective offerors with answers/clarifications to questions that have been submitted. Please see the attached document "RFQ No. 426263 - Amendment 01" No other changes or updates.

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a helium liquefier plant, with the option to purchase a second, per the BNL provided statement of work (SOW). BSA invites you to participate in accorance with the RFQ letter and all supporting attachments. This requirement has been posted on the SAM.gov website under solicitation number RFQ-426263. The proposal due date is June 21, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed via email to the attention of Ben Furlow (bfurlow@bnl.gov).
