Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Type, Commercial Item Task Order to provide Licensing, Maintenance, and Support for the Great Plains Areawide Laboratory Information Systems.

**Period of Performance:** 01/01/2025 - 12/31/2025. An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A)). Needed by 01/01/2025. Limited rights in data - proprietary software system. Data Innovations is the developer, manufacturer, and IP holder for the Instrument Manager system, which is currently installed and used at multiple IHS locations throughout the IHS. No other vendor can provide support due to the IP rights.
