## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of existing hCaptcha Enterprise and Premium Support. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation documents, quotes are being requested as described in the attached RFQ 20341224Q00002 solicitation pursuant to FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued.

This Small Business Set-aside solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under NAICS 513210. Questions: Questions received on or before 10:00 am ET April 15th, 2024 at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line of “Questions RFQ 20341224Q00002 Attn: JR/MH” will be answered in an amendment to the RFQ. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with FinCEN personnel concerning this procurement action.
