The Government intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed priced contract, with a period of performance of One (1) Twelve-month base period, and Three (3) Twelve-month option periods, for a “Resource Scheduler Software Annual Maintenance Agreement” with FM:Systems Group LLC. The Resource Scheduler Software is proprietary software and FM Systems is the only source that can perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action to keep the existing system functioning. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services with a Small Business Size Standard is $34 million. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package will be issued. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the services/supplies as detailed above.
