## Description

This notice serves as the Government's notification of its intent to award a contract for ConfigOS software license, maintenance, and technical support to the 9th Communications Squadron's Cyber Operations Flight (9 CS/SCOO) at Beale AFB. The contractor shall furnish all expertise, resources, and support necessary to ensure the continuous and secure operation of mission-critical systems that rely on ConfigOS software, as detailed in this Statement of Need (SON).

This requirement will be fulfilled through a combination of open market procurement and the GSA 2GIT Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government intends to award SteelCloud ConfigOS, part number SCLD-COSA-BASE-1P, through open market procedures. The Government intends to procure SCLD-COSA-WWS-1, SCLD-COSA-WIN-1, and SCLD-COSA-LX-1 utilizing the existing GSA 2GIT BPA, Air Force mandatory source.

The contractor will provide ConfigOS licenses (detailed in the SON) covering various operating systems and environments for a base year and four option years, including software updates, annual maintenance, and comprehensive technical support during business hours through various channels (phone, email, online ticketing, and knowledge base). All services must adhere to strict security standards, ensuring compliance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

The contractor is responsible for prompt and effective service delivery to prevent disruptions to 9 CS/SCOO operations. This notice satisfies the requirements of FAR 8.402 and is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to award this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
