The Government intends to procure SCLD-COSA-WWS-1, SCLD-COSA-WIN-1, and SCLD-COSA-LX-1 utilizing the existing GSA 2GIT BPA, Air Force mandatory source. The contractor will provide ConfigOS licenses (detailed in the SON) covering various operating systems and environments for a base year and four option years, including software updates, annual maintenance, and comprehensive technical support during business hours through various channels (phone, email, online ticketing, and knowledge base). All services must adhere to strict security standards, ensuring compliance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). The contractor is responsible for prompt and effective service delivery to prevent disruptions to 9 CS/SCOO operations.
