HHS NIH - Multimedia Support Services - Market Research in support of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) A Request For Information (RFI) has been issued through the GSAMarket Research As a Service (MRAS) survey tool www.gsa.gov/mras On behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement: The basic service objective is to fulfill the NIEHS communications mission through graphic arts, electronic and print document design, photography, videography, and audio/visual event planning services. The purpose of the RFI is to gather input from industry on the solutions and services available in the marketplace.
