This procurement will use FAR part 15 Request for Proposal (RFP) process and intends to award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conform to the RFP. Award of orders will be determined by requirements and will include but not limit itself to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and other possible contract types. The work to be acquired under this effort is for diverse types of supervision, personnel, and services required to support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Educational Service requirements as written in the IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 and the size standard is $24M. Foreign participation is not authorized. The basic contract period will be for five (5) years with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. The estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $60,000,000.00. Order values will be based on future needs of customer.
