HQ SACT will be block off the worksite from SACT staff, with an alternate route in place, to secure the area. Please note that all proposed key personnel on this requirement must be citizens of a NATO nation. This is a Firm Fixed Price, Best Value Deliverables Contract. HQ SACT is holding a mandatory site a visit for 21 August 2024. Bidders must provide written intent to perform a site visit no later than 19 August 2024. Bidders must submit initial technical and contractual questions no later than 28 August 2024. Bids must be received at HQ SACT no later than 9:00 AM on 09 September 2024.
