## Description

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a Functional Demonstrator Military Mobility Corridor (FD MMC) to the NATO Joint Support Enabling Command (JSEC) in Ulm, Germany. The FD MMC is a demonstration tool that will provide insights in the progression to a synthetic digital environment that will support the JSEC for the planning and execution of enabling activities for NATO.

The tool will help to collect, analyze, and visualize relevant data with a layer-based calculation/simulation where a selected corridor of the Reinforcement and Sustainment Network (RSN) can be established, visualized, tested, trained, and exercised to assist NATO entities and Allies. REQEST FOR PROPOSAL Please see attached. BIDDING PROCEDURE A Declaration of Eligibility is NOT required for this opportunity. Do NOT submit your proposal to the Department of Commerce.

IMPORTANT DATES Bids must be submitted electronically to HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office no later than 12 April 2024. The Technical Proposal and Price Proposal are each e-mailed separately to the points of contact indicated in the RFI The contract awarded shall be effective upon date of award.
