## Description

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct research related to the future battlespace and warfare and to generate a report outlining the evolving characteristics of warfare and battlespace for discussion with the FOE project team. The contractor must have a background of proven previous performance in conducting strategic military analysis. REQEST FOR PROPOSAL Please see attached.

BIDDING PROCEDURE A Declaration of Eligibility is NOT required for this opportunity. Do NOT submit your proposal to the Department of Commerce. Please submit your proposal directly to HQ SACT using the contact information provided in the RFP.
