## Description

Battelle Pacific Northwest Division, operator of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for the Department of Energy in Richland, Washington requires the services of a Contractor to provide public engagement facilitator support to finalize and execute a committee-based organizational structure, launch and manage stakeholder, public, and community engagement and input, and contribute to the development of the final report(s) that result from the analysis and modeling. Work shall be performed in the USA. The changes in RFP 848614 Amendment 1 are as follows:

1. Added Updated Request for Proposal (Amendment 1), adding the SOW and Attachment A Revisions.

2. Added Updated SOW Revision 1, dated August 30, 2024, expanding Task 3, support committees.

3. Added Updated Attachment A Pricing Proposal Form, Revision 1.

4. Added Questions from Bidders, Revision 0.
