Includes motorized XY stage (X = 75mm, Y = 50mm) and motorized Z device for BX and BXFM microscopes controlled by LabSpec software.

XY specifications: repeatability <= 1µm; accuracy +/-1µm; resolution (minimum step size) = 50 nm (10nm with encoder disabled) Z specifications: resolution (minimum step size) = 0.01µm Includes positioning joystick, external controller, software package and Raman autofocus capability. Includes the innovative SWIFT FAST Confocal Raman Imaging package.
