## Description

The Purpose of Amendment 0005 is to post response to two additional RFI's received, see attached RFI's Responses Part III. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to post responses to two additional RFI's recieved, see attached RFI's Resposes Part II. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to post responses to RFI's received and to attach Updated Additional MTZ-SITE PLAN 3-2011 Utilities Drawings.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to add the Sign-in sheet of vendors who attended the site visit that took place on 11/21/2023.See site visit sign-in sheet attached. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update Attachment 6 the Request for Information (RFI) form (Blank). See updated Attachment 6. **RFP36C26124R0004 Project Title:** Design-Build to Create Parking Lot & Access for the VA Martinez OPC Campus. Period of performance is 307 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Place of Performance is the VA Martinez OPC Campus, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. Project Number is 612-23-003 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million.

IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2), the magnitude of the project is between $2,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. All offerors are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM), the official website of the U.S. Government at www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Public Law 109-461 is the final authority on SDVOSB Set Aside. OFFERORS MUST BE VERIFIED IN VETCERT THE TIME SUBMISSION OFFER AND PRIOR TO AWARD.
