Width 5’ Length 10’ Thickness 12” Working Surface Height 40.7” Working Surface – 3/16” thick Surface Flatness - +/- .004” over 2 square ft. 2 – Tune Mass Damper Voids 2 – Damper locations Table must be vibrationally damped with ability to be levitated with air pneumatics. SARC AND PUR466 MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL PROPOSALS.
