## Description

This IDIQ will directly support the USG goal of achieving a negotiated solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict of two states living side by side in peace and security. Its main purpose is to provide professional A&E services for the development of infrastructure in the West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, and Israel to support the USAID/WBG Mission in its efforts to empower Palestinians to build thriving communities, promote inclusive development, and advance a two-state solution. This is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ and is a follow-on non-competitive award.
