Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a detailed description of the required services including the following: **Base Scope:** Manufacture and delivery of one 10MVA transformer (XQT-3) with a 138kV primary winding and a 4.16kV secondary winding. Services include site support during installation and commissioning of the new transformer. **Option Item 1:** 20MVA transformer (XQT-1) with a 138kV primary winding and 4.19kV secondary winding. Services include site support during installation and commissioning of the new transformer. The subcontract award will be for the Base Scope. Option Item 1 will be exercised at the sole discretion of PPPL. This procurement is unrestricted, full and open.
