(Link Updated on 5/8/2024) This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the United States (U.S.) Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for the Office of Facility Administration (OFA) **The RFI is a Microsoft Form. See the link below to complete the requested information. ** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement.

This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Quote, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract any supply or service. ICE is not seeking quotes/proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI.

All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely be at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly state “PROPRIETARY” on every response containing such information. Respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary information in their response. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked “Proprietary” will be handled accordingly.

**RFI Purpose:** This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy to determine which small business set aside will be used and determine the contract vehicle selection. The Bill of Materials (Attachment 1) is a draft and is subject to change.
