## Description

Keyport has a requirement to remove remaining pipe insulation and heating cables on process water pipes on roof from dog house to building entry point. Replace pipe heating cables. Re-insulate chiller lines. Replace pressure reducing valves with freeze protection. Wrap all with aluminum shielding, seal all joints and building penetrations. Then haul away all debris.
