FLOORING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany is seeking information on local construction contractors that have the capability to provide new flooring, flooring removal, and flooring installation services. See Attachment 1 for a draft pricing schedule. An IDIQ is being considered to meet the flooring needs of the installation.
