## Description

The Contractor shall provide all work specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) unless otherwise designated as “performed by others.” The Contractor shall provide all personnel, personal protective equipment, and other items not provided to perform all tasks and functions for Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB) as defined in the PWS.

The Contractor shall provide all managerial oversight, direction, and coordination for all functions and requirements identified in the PWS to ensure effective, efficient, and economical operation of all activities outlined.

The contract objective is for the Contractor to perform service consistent with stated thresholds in the following areas: The Contractor will provide six Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) for: (1) Program Manager (2) Facility Interior Utility Systems Sub-Activity Management Plan (AMP) Manager (3) Two Material Control Technicians (4) Two Dorm Maintenance Personnel
