The United States Government, the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Brazil, and Allotrope Partners are requesting qualified electricity suppliers in Brazil to formally submit their expression of interest in participating in a planned Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide 100% Carbon Pollution-Free Electricity (CFE) 1 to four sites (posts) in Brazil: A. U.S. Embassy - Brasília B. U.S. Consulate General - Recife C. U.S. Consulate General - Rio De Janeiro D. U.S. Consulate General - São Paulo To express your company’s interest in participating in the forthcoming RFP, please review the attached RFI and complete the Expression of Interest form linked in the RFI. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation.
