The APFS record, F2023061867, has been updated to reflect a SB set aside. UPDATE OCTOBER 18, 2023 The DHS OCIO HSIN Phoenix requirement has been renamed to HSIN Modernization - Platform. The DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) record # is F2023061867. This requirement will be issued against the GSA MAS schedule with an estimated RFQ release date of mid November. UPDATE August 10, 2023 The DHS OCIO HSIN Phoenix/HSIN Modernization requirement is in it's final acquisition strategy phases. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to identify qualified and interested sources that could provide the services stated in the attached draft SOO, which will help the Government determine the feasibility of awarding a contract to procure services to design the recommended solution and build a series of Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) leading to the new HSIN platform. This project work will be titled HSIN Phoenix.
