The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to identify qualified and interested sources that could provide the services stated in the attached draft SOO, which will help the Government determine the feasibility of awarding a contract to procure services to design the recommended solution and build a series of Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) leading to the new HSIN platform.
