The GSFC Master Plan calls to explore new partnerships that reinforce GSFC’s vision. This Request for Information (RFI) concerns the land at the previous Building 2 (B.2) site and the site North of Building 27 (B.27) which may potentially include B.27N (see attached maps) for on-site/near-site opportunities for industry consideration. Both sites are currently located inside secured NASA fencing, requiring all employees and visitors to go through NASA Procedures and Polices for badging and escorting. However, NASA is assessing the potential relocation of fence lines to allow for public access. Power, Sewer, Communication, and Steam utilities are all located in the vicinity of the sites.
