## Description

The intent of this effort is to provide regular preventive maintenance and timely repairs to maintain seasonal comfort, maintain temperature humidity and eliminate condensation buildup in occupied spaces consistently. Ensuring the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system stays responsive to the weather, seasonal changes, with improved efficiency, and eliminating malfunctions. See Attachment
