## Description

The Contractor will support the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration’s (MARAD) Office of Marine Financing (OMF) with a Market Research and Risk Assessment Database Product. OMF is charged with managing the Federal Ship Financing Program, authorized by 46 U.S.C. Chapter 537 (“Title XI”).

The Contractor will provide market research and financial risk analysis database so that MARAD can risk assess new financing applications and existing credits in its portfolio on an ongoing basis and continue to implement federal credit best practices. This is only Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research purposes only. It should not be accepted as a Request for Proposal. Government should not be charged for any responses to this RFI. Draft PWS and the RFI and it's questions are attached.

Interested vendors please submit your capability statement and also responses to the RFI questions and email to durba.ray@dot.gov and cc bryant.fields.ctr@dot.gov by Monday, May 19, 2025 at 12pm EST. This amendment to extend the RFI closing date to May 22, 2025, 12pm EST.
