## Description

The government is seeking information on test stand design and assembly capabilities for a high performance friction and wear tester. Test stand parameters of interest include entraining speeds of at least 75 m/s and contact loads of at least 10 Kilonewtons. The setup should allow for flexibility in sample sizes and type.
