MARAD welcomes your suggestions and/or questions about the attached draft performance work statement (PWS) for (List requirement). MARAD may consider all suggestions/questions when finalizing the PWS to improve the clarity of the requirement. Direct responses to individual suggestions/questions will not be provided. All suggestions/questions must be submitted via email to karen.tempest@dot.gov and robert.mcdermott@dot.gov, no later than 1 pm ET, February 27, 2026.
