## Description

USPTO is conducting Market Research for IPTV and Digital Signage offerings to determine the availability of a technical solution services an all-in-one integrated platform that combines broadcast-quality IPTV distribution with digital signage capabilities that can meet the objectives below to include:

Installation & Decommissioning Services Support Equipment Repair, as needed.

Identify And Label All equipment and endpoints along with cabling and configuration diagram Systems Administration Training Provide Optional CLIN Pricing for expansion of endpoints Provide a Solution in which can be expanded to the following Regional Locations across the USPTO Enterprise: Objectives Digital Signage (29+ endpoints) (Primary Requirement) Solution must be capable of providing clear high-definition displays throughout USPTO Alexandria and regional campuses Interactive digital signage USPTO is open to a proposed solution.

USPTO current content includes in-house events, status messages, lunch menus, tech tips, and etc. System must be capable of displaying emergency notifications* Ability to interface with the existing monitors deployed, that may not be considered a “smart” TV. IPTV (29+ endpoints) (Optional Requirement) USPTO intends to establish the capability of providing high-definition IPTV services campus wide of broadcast television. Campus-wide streaming of on campus Live Events and video on demand to various endpoints.

Endpoint specific access control of broadcast television programing, and video on demand content. Capability of capturing viewership analytics. Procuring state-of-the-art approved products, services, and maintenance support required by USPTO. TAA, and Cybersecurity Compliant devices with FedRamp approved solution if possible. Ability to interface with the existing monitors deployed, that may not be considered a “smart” TV.

Estimated dispatch support and preventative maintenance Meeting all customer requests within the statement of work (SOW) and timeframes set forth by USPTO. Present a clear and concise measurable description of services provided to customer.
