**UPDATED REQUEST FOR RFI RESPONSES- 12April2024:** To enhance the Government’s market research and gain deeper insights into the cost implications of this effort, RFI respondents should provide estimates for foreseeable start-up costs related to this potential requirement.

Please include the lead time required for the critical start-up components such as infrastructure (including facilities, equipment, and technology), personnel requirements (recruiting, hiring, training) and legal processes (i.e. insurance, permitting, regulatory etc..) and the costs associated with those aspects. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The purpose is to obtain market information on viable sources, industry practices, and industry comments.

CBP is conducting market research to explore various options for establishing multiple Holistic Wellness Support Centers. These centers are intended to support CBP employees and their families by offering a range of holistic wellness activities and services. The goal is to create a positive work environment for all CBP personnel and enhance workforce effectiveness.
