On behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement: A Request for Information (RFI) has been issued through the GSA Market Research as a Service (MRAS) survey tool www.gsa.gov/mras on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement.

HHS/OMAS on behalf of the Indian Health Services (IHS) is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) sources for set-aside. Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) applies.

**BACKGROUND:** Seeking ISBEE and IEE sources in accordance with Buy Indian Act in support of Indian Health Service (IHS) to replenish IT hardware for the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock New Mexico The lifecycle that has been in place enables IHS sites to replenish the IT equipment after four (plus) years of service. The purpose of the RFI is to gather input from industry on the solutions and services available in the marketplace and to see ISBEE/IEE interest and capabilities.
