**Amendment 3- February 29,2024:** *Changes for Amendment 3 are highlighted in turquoise on pages: 1. Page 4 – Name Brand Only Specifications for kit contents only have been updated to Name Brand or Equal 2. Page 6- The closing time / response time for this RFI is now Thursday, March 7th at 6:00pm CST 3. Pages 7&8- The Question-and-Answer section has been updated to reflect the name brand or equal to specification Amendment 2- February 21, 2024: *Changes for Amendment 2 are highlighted in yellow on pages 5,7, & 8 as follows:

1. Page 5- Each vendor will be allotted a time of 30 minutes for their demonstration/ presentation.

2. Page 7 & 8 – Questions and Answers are provided in a chart on page 8 Amendment 1- February 13,2024- *ONLY change for Amendment 1 is on page 7 and is highlighted in green The change for Amendment 1 changes the due date of quesitons from March 1,2024 @ 1:00 pm CST to February 20, 2024 at 1:00pm CST. There are no other changes at this time.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requires specific Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK) to support continuation of the Deputy Director’s Active Shooter initiative, New Agent training and ongoing training. In response to a number of Active Shooter incidents, the FBI has been involved in an on-going effort as part of a task force to lead all law enforcement training and ensure coordination among agencies.

This effort, which is multi-faceted, includes improving law enforcement response to active shooter events, specifically with an eye toward improving survival for the victims. This RFI is open to small and large businesses for market research only to request input from potential providers of compact IFAK medical kits. This RFI is for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) only. We are looking for a vendor to supply compact pre-assembled compact IFAK kits that contain the items listed in the attached RFI. The compact IFAK bag is to be worn directly on the Agent, likely for long periods of time while seated in a vehicle.
