## Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a contractor to provide access to Software as a Service (SaaS) that allows Single-Family Insurance Operations Division (SFIOD) staff to research online current addresses of approximately 700,000 previous borrowers owed a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) refund.

Tasks also include research software training and technical support. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
