The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract with a period of performance of 270 days from date of award. This requirement is to provide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) replacement and installation of new control systems at the National Weather Service (NWS), Pacific Region (PR), Weather Service Office (WSO) in Yap in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). See SOW for additional information. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $19 Million. This Sources Sought Notice will not have Questions & Answers pertaining to the specific requirement.
